Astonishing Cards is unique with three different types of Personalised Greeting Cards - Greeting Cards for all Occasions, Greeting Cards from our Artist Gallery & Greeting Cards created from your personal photo collection. Additionally, you can mix our artwork with your own personal photos. When you select artwork from Occasions or our Artist Gallery, you can upload your personal photos inside the Greeting Card (Folded Greeting Cards only).
Adding gifts are simple. Choose gift Vouchers from our various gift partners during the card creation process.

Q: What is a Greeting Card?
A: A Greeting Card is an illustrated postcard or folded card featuring an expression of friendship or other sentiment. Although greeting cards are usually given on special occasions, such as birthdays, Christmas or other holidays, they are also sent to convey thanks or express other feeling.
Q: What is an Astonishing Card?
A: An Astonishing Card is a Personalised Greeting Card. You can upload all your own photos and images to create your own personal Greeting Card for all occasions.
Q: Why would I create an Astonishing Card over buying a generic Greeting Card?
A: There are many reasons why you would create an Astonishing Card over a generic card. Firstly, you can totally personalise an Astonishing Card with your own photos, images and text. Secondly, you can add gifts to your Astonishing Card. Finally, you can create an Astonishing Card anywhere you have an internet connection. You don't have to fight it out in car parks, avoid hours in shopping malls and standing in lengthy queues in order to mail your card! You can create and send an Astonishing Card in 60 seconds!
Q: Can I create an Astonishing Card without registering?
A: Yes, but we do not store any of your photos, contacts or Greeting Card history. Additionally, many of the features of Astonishing Cards are only available to registered users.
Q: Why should I register?
A: Astonishing Cards philosophy is to provide you with a totally personalised experience. There are two core elements to the personalised experience. The first is your photos. Upload your photos to My Photos & you can add the image to your personalised Greeting Cards. The second is your contacts. In My Contacts, you tell us whom you want to receive your Greeting Cards. We manage your contacts and provide an alert feature that will automatically email you with any imminent events like birthdays & anniversaries. This feature is selected when you register a new contact.
Q: What are the sizes of our cards?
A: Our Postcards are 158mm x 110mm, Standard Folded Cards are 175mm x 126mm, Large Folded Card are 225mm x 158mm our Jumbo Folded Cards are 310mm x 220mm & are printed in full color from edge to edge.
Q: Can I send the same card automatically to more than one person?
A: We have included a mail merge facility with our Greeting Cards so you can send the same Greeting Card to multiple recipients. When you are designing your card, just SELECT 'first name' OR 'nickname', and this information will auto fill when you select your recipients through the check out process. Design ONE Astonishing Card and send it to hundreds of your best friends! Now every Greeting Card you design will be automatically personalised and individual. The nickname feature is perfect for identifying couples & families when using the mail merge feature at Astonishing Cards.
Q: How long does it take for my card to arrive?
A: Due to our delivery vehicle being outsourced to Australia Post, we can only provide an estimated delivery time. You have the option of selecting either Standard Post (Included free with our cards) OR Express Post. By using Express Post, delivery is guaranteed within 3 working days. Standard Post will take anywhere between 3 to 5 working days from date of purchase.
Q: Does my card include an envelope?
A: Our Postcards do not include an envelope with the exception when a gift is purchased with a postcard size Astonishing Card. All our folded cards include an envelope. For security reasons, when a gift is selected, the card will be sent in an envelope. Astonishing Cards are delivered in personalised Astonishing Cards envelopes.
Q: Who prints the card, you or me?
A: We do! Once you submit your order, we will print your card using a commercial grade, high quality, high speed, digital color printer.
Q: Is the card printed in colour or black and white?
A: We automatically print in full colour on both/all sides of the card.
Q: What kind of paper do you use?
A: We use thick ultra premium high gloss paper to guarantee a commercial grade quality card.
Q: Where does Astonishing Cards deliver?
A: We deliver our cards to any international or Australian address, including PO boxes. If a gift is selected, the card can only be sent to an Australian address or an Asutralian PO Box.
Q: Do you ship internationally, and if, so how much?
A: Yes, we ship Astonishing Cards anywhere around the globe with the exception of cards that include a gift.
Q: Do you provide Express Postage?
A: Express Post is provided as an option for all Astonishing Cards.
Q: Is Astonishing Cards for consumers or businesses?
A: Astonishing Cards is designed for consumers and businesses alike. We have designed Astonishing Cards to provide your personal thoughts, in the form of a Greeting Card, that has both personal & business applications.
Q: Can we re-brand this website for our own internal use or for use by our clients?
A: Yes! We provide a 'White Labeled' service where we re-brand Astonishing Cards to look & feel like your own product. You will be rewarded with an ongoing commission for every transaction that is generated from the site. We manage, we print, we deliver, we do all the work. Partner with Astonishing Cards today!
Q: How do I track the cards I have ordered and who I have mailed them to?
A: In My Cards, we provide information on every transaction.
Q: What computer systems & browsers does Astonishing Cards Australia support?
A: The Astonishing Cards Australia website is compatible with all current browsers and operating systems. Safari, Firefox, or Internet Explorer are recommended. We should advise that our website is optimised for Internet Explorer 7.
Q: How do I contact Customer Service?
Q: When will my credit card be charged?
A: Your credit card will be charged at time of order.
Q: Will I be notified that I have successfully placed my order?
A: Yes, you will be immediately notified by email that your order has been successfully placed.
Q: Can I upload my list of names and addresses or do I enter them one at a time?
A: Yes, you can upload using our Import Contacts feature. This feature will import either a .csv file or your contacts from Microsoft Outlook. Please read carefully the import rules in My Contacts. Please remember that we import only the information from the source. If you don't provide address information at the source, it will not magically appear in My Contacts.
Q: May I refer back to my order at a later date?
A: Yes, if you have registered, you may review all of the Astonishing Card orders that you have placed. You can even use a previous cards images/text to create a new card.
Q: Is there any minimum order requirement?
A: You may order as few as one, or as many Astonishing Cards as you desire.
Q: Can I display my artwork in the Astonishing Cards Artist Gallery?
A: We have a selection committee that gauge every artist's work for its suitability in the Astonishing Cards Artist Program (ACAP). If you are interested in participating in our ACAP, please email samples of your work to dave.carney@astonishingcards.com.au. If we find your artwork suitable, we will contact you, and invite you to participate in our ACAP, and you will be paid a royalty every time your artwork is used on an Astonishing Card, and receive huge visibility due to our vast footprint and partner program. Please be advised that this in an exclusive program as we have a limited to the number of artists in our program.
Q: Can I display my Greeting Card artwork in the Astonishing Cards Occasions section?
A: The Astonishing Cards Occasions Program (ACOP) operates in a similar fashion to our ACAP. If you are interested in participating in our ACOP, please email samples of your work to dave.carney@astonishingcards.com.au. As with the ACAP, this again is an exclusive program and limited to a small number of artists.
